1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • High-demand or special-order items may require additional processing time.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • We offer insured shipping within the United States.
  • Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days after shipment.
  • Signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

3. International Shipping

  • We ship internationally to select countries.
  • Estimated delivery time: 5–14 business days after shipment (may vary by destination).
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees imposed by their country.

Sophisticated Time Piece is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor shipment progress and ensure availability for delivery.

7. Risk of Loss

All items are insured during transit. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

10. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If further assistance is required, contact us at info@sophisticatedtimepiece.com.

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

11. Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees and related charges.
