Refund & Returns Policy

At Sophisticated Time Piece, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return request must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, protective stickers, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories must be included.
- The watch must not have been resized, adjusted, or modified.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Watches that have been worn, resized, or altered.
- Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
- Customized or special-order products.
- Gift cards.
3. Return Authorization
To initiate a return, you must contact us at info@sophisticatedtimepiece.com within the return window to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
4. Inspection & Approval
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. We reserve the right to:
- Deny a refund if the item shows signs of wear or damage.
- Deduct a restocking fee if the item is not returned in original condition.
- Refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is inspected and approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Restocking Fee
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10% to cover inspection, processing, and payment processing costs.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@sophisticatedtimepiece.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
9. Shipping Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.
- We recommend using insured and trackable shipping for returns.
- Sophisticated Time Piece is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
10. International Orders
For international orders:
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping and any associated customs charges.
11. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
12. Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact us directly to resolve any disputes before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
